We are looking for an IT Manager to be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our IT ecosystem within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines. You will supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company’s computing needs.
The successful candidate will have improved skills, proven professional experience and a detailed knowledge of the industry’s best practice processes. Should have experience in managing multi-locations, larger scale It Infrastructure, and a team.

Responsibilities

● Managing IT staff by recruiting and training employees, communicating job expectations, and monitoring performance.
● Monitoring daily operations, including server hardware, software, and operating systems.
● Testing, troubleshooting, and modifying information systems so that they operate effectively.
● Extensive Experience in Firewall: FortiGate experience from versions, pricing, installation, activation, security, audits, maintenance, management, and stabilization. Should also possess experience in Cloud Firewall. Should be able to manage end-to-end Firewalls for the organization in multi locations.
● Assuring all IT activities are performed within the parameters of applicable laws, codes, and regulations.
● Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs.
● Monitor the performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure.
● Wireless AP configuration / Router configuration / LAN / WAN / MAN.
● Networking Active and Passive DHCP / DNS / Patch panel punching / RJ45 Crimping/media converters.
● Conduct a monthly assessment of key risks across IT/Cybersecurity and develop a compliance risk assessment-testing plan.
● Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and producers.
● Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup system.
● Build long-term relationships with outside vendors for IT-related products and services.
● Responsible for creating and administering disaster plans that will keep the company functional in the event of a crisis.

Requirements & Skills

● Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
● Must have in-depth knowledge and experience in Firewalls.
● Proven experience of 6-9 years in managing IT infrastructure and services.
● Experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation.
● Proficient in computer hardware, cabling installation and support, wireless technology applications and interface, and IT security.
● Proficient in Microsoft Windows software, including server, office, and exchange.
● Management and leadership skills.
● Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
● Highly organized and detail-oriented.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Flexible working hours.
