Responsibilities
● Responsible for Lifestyle Sales to Corporates & Startups for Working & Living
in Destinations such as Goa and other such aspirational destinations in India.
● Study the Market Pulse and make targeted database.
● Study and make relevant and sharp presentations around our offerings which
are customised for our clients.
● Pitch the same in the most dynamic and customised manner to ensure
maximum client conversion.
● Maintain large database of clients and keep sourcing fresh database every
month.
● Work on Annual Targets and present monthly and quarterly reports.
● Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer
satisfaction.
● Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
● Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
● Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’
objectives.
● Prepare contracts and ensure adherence to law-established rules and
guidelines.
● Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
● Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
● Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
● Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.
● Develop a team and train, activate and grow the team.
● Prepare monthly reports and analysis for management.
Requirements and Skills
● Proven experience as Sales & Business Development Manager.
● Proven enterprise B2B sales track record.
● Experience in customer support is a plus.
● Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
● Proficiency in English.
● Market knowledge.
● Communication and negotiation skills.
● Ability to build rapport.
● Time management and planning skills.
● Master’s in business administration, sales or relevant field
