HR Responsibilities
● Develop and execute human resources strategies aligned with the
company's business goals.
● Collaborate with executive leadership to drive organizational growth
and enhance overall employee experience.
● Draft process for better functioning of the organisation.
● Maintain discipline in the functioning of the organisation.
● Design performance metrics and evaluate the same on quarterly basis.
● Architect the employee appraisal programme based on performance.
● Manage the overall compliances of the organisation.
● Ensure all compliances are active and renewed on time.
● Engage in employee training programs.
● Provide monthly progress and performance reports to management.
● Work with ethics and in a unbiased manner without favouritism.
● Ensure neutral feedback to employees and management.
HR for Talent Acquisition and Retention
● Draft and oversee the entire recruitment and onboarding process to
attract top talent.
● Develop and implement strategies for employee retention, career
development, and succession planning.
● Ensure hiring is done before time via agency or other teams.
● Ensure regular company updates in internal & external ecosystem.
● Design employee benefits program.
HR for Employee Engagement
● Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that values diversity
and promotes employee engagement.
● Implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, well-being, and
work-life balance.
HR for Performance Management
● Design employee performance program.
● Set annual targets for all business verticals and individuals.
● Monitor and share monthly performance of employees.
● Lead the development and implementation of performance
management processes.
● Provide guidance on goal setting, performance reviews, and
professional development plans.
● Design annual appraisal and bonus policy and process.
HR for Training and Development
● Identify training needs and collaborate with department heads to
implement effective training programs.
● Support leadership development and mentorship initiatives.
HR for Compliance
● Stay current with labour laws and industry regulations to ensure
company compliance.
● Implement policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks.
● Manage the overall compliances of the organisation.
● Ensure all compliances are active and renewed on time.
● Design the employee audit program.
● Manages seamless attendance and leaves.
● All employees verifications as per audit and compliance requirements.
Employee for Relations
● Address employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and
provide guidance on conflict resolution.
● Serve as a resource for employees and managers on HR-related
matters.
Qualifications
● Proven experience as an Senior HR Executive or in a similar Senior
Leadership position and experience in working with Founders/Promoters.
● Proven ability to build a strong team in the past. We shall need to know the
positions closed in the past and their current performance and value in the
current organisations.
● In-depth knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and regulations.
● Demonstrated success in developing and implementing HR strategies that
align with business objectives.
● Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive
relationships at all levels.
● Excellent communication, drafting and negotiation skills.
● Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
field is preferred.
● Should have experience in managing start to end of all compliance
requirements to run an organisation.
● Should have strong past experience with existing contacts in compliance dept
such as PF, ESIC etc.
● Should have experience in working on licensed platforms to make HR Dept
seamless and automated for reports and performance monitoring.
● Should be capable of managing the entre HR Dept of an organisation and
should have revenant proven past experience in the same.
● Should be a super team recruiter and should know to source in the most
optimal and cost effective manner.
● Should be experience in designing tests before any personal interviews.
● Should be an ace in reports and performance metrics management.
● Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) are a plus.
● Should be the Lead Custodian of the HR vertical and ensure minimum
involvement of top management and should run the organisation in the most
compliant, high performance and happy environment.
