Responsibilities and Requirements

1. Executive Assistant Responsibilities
● Develop and execute human resources strategies aligned with the Manage and maintain CEO’s schedule and calendar, including prioritizing and coordinating appointments and meetings.
● Arrange and coordinate travel itineraries, both domestic and international, and prepare travel expense reports.
● Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as requested by the CEO.
● Conduct research and compile data to prepare documents and reports for review and presentation by the CEO.
● Attend meetings with the CEO, taking notes, and following up on action items.
● Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, letters, and requests for meetings.
● Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
● Coordinate and facilitate communication between the CEO and internal staff as well as external contacts.
● Handle requests and queries appropriately and ensure timely resolution.
● Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively address issues that arise.

2. Executive Assistant Requirements
● Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role supporting C-level executives.
● Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple deadlines.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
● High degree of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
● Experience in handling travel arrangements and expense reporting. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
